Zainab Qureshi has a diverse academic background in Economics, Law, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal, and a Master’s in Leadership and Human Resource Management from The University of Law, UK.
Her studies have given her an understanding of people, organisations, systems and decision-making, while also developing her interest in leadership and how people work together.
Zainab’s career journey started in Human Resources, where she gained early exposure to people, workplace relationships, and organisational processes. She worked with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), a United Nations Mission, in Berlin, supporting recruitment, HR operations, reporting, and research.
She later joined Vinted, a European technology company, in Talent Acquisition Operations. Working in an international and multicultural environment allowed her to work with people from different backgrounds and strengthen her skills in communication, coordination, adaptability and managing multiple responsibilities.
Her career then expanded into marketing, communications, and corporate affairs. She worked as Director of Marketing & Corporate Affairs before setting up Z-Digital, a digital marketing business that she ran for two years. During this experience, she worked with startups, professionals, and growing businesses, developing her skills in communication, content, branding, and creative problem-solving.
Today, Zainab is the Principal of Golden Grove Early Learning School.
Her diverse professional experiences have informed her approach to leadership. She believes a good leader should be able to listen, communicate clearly, understand people, and bring out the strengths of those around them. For her, leadership is more than simply giving direction; it is about building confidence, taking responsibility, and working together to achieve a common goal.
At Golden Grove, she combines the experiences she has gathered throughout her career—her people skills from Human Resources, international exposure, management experience, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Zainab enjoys working with people and finding practical solutions to challenges. She is naturally curious, keen to learn and willing to take on new responsibilities and adapt to changing situations.
Her experience across a variety of fields has taught her to consider situations from different perspectives and remain open to new ideas.
Sport has always been a significant part of Zainab’s life. Basketball, badminton and cricket have been part of her journey, with basketball being particularly important. She has represented basketball at the national level and cricket and badminton at the district level.
During her university years, she was also captain of the women’s basketball team and participated in student and cultural activities, including serving as Secretary of the Rotaract Club.
The lessons sport has taught her about teamwork, discipline, resilience and leadership continue to inform her approach to life and work.
Zainab is a people person who enjoys meeting people, learning from different experiences, and discovering new things. Her career has taken her across different disciplines and professional environments, each contributing to the person and professional she is today.
She believes people are at the heart of everything we do and that good leadership starts with understanding, trust, and communication.
Her journey continues to evolve, but one thing has remained constant—her curiosity to learn, her willingness to be accountable, and her belief in bringing both structure and creativity to everything she does.
A nurturing space where little minds learn, explore, and grow with confidence.
